We currently have COVID-19 vaccine appointments available

PCHS now has the COVID-19 vaccine available to those

living or working in Alaska.

Please call our front desk at (907) 262-3119 to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

 There is no cost to you for the vaccine, but a patient registration packet

will need to be completed prior to your appointment.
